The process of hiring new employees

Project status assessment

To start the project, we need to define your needs through joint communication and create a project estimate. After the evaluation, we make an offer and conclude a cooperation agreement.

Selection and recruitment

After signing the contract, we start the selection process for your new employees. This procedure consists of collecting candidate applications, carrying out a selection procedure, interviewing candidates, and checking the worker’s documentation and conducting testing.

At this stage, we can start obtaining permits for the selected workers to come to work in the Republic of Croatia.

Arrival of workers

The last step includes the arrival of the worker, securing his accommodation, registering his residence, creating a residence card, opening a bank account and additional activities such as sanitary inspections, occupational safety, medical examination, etc.
